    Prices:

    All prices at dinfodboldtroje are in Danish kroner and include VAT and other taxes.

    Delivery:

    We will hand in your package within a maximum of 36 hours on weekdays


    We ship with DAO - Delivery days will be 1-3 days.

    Right to complain

    - 14 days right to complain according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act

    - Applies to defects in the product's material or manufacturing defects

    - NOTE: The right to complain does not apply if damage or similar has occurred due to improper operation or use of the product.

    - The buyer usually covers the return costs themselves.

  • Right of withdrawal:

    You have a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop. The period starts from the day you receive the order. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and then return the item within an additional 14 days.

    The notification must be sent via email to dinfodboldtroeje@gmail.com, where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

    You cannot cancel the purchase simply by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously informing us clearly about this.

    Items exempt from the right of withdrawal

    The following types of items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:

    • Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
    • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
    • Items which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
    • Items where the seal has been broken.
    • Damage to the item caused by the buyer.
    • Non-financial services that have been fully performed with your prior express consent, where you have acknowledged that the right of withdrawal ceases upon full performance.
    • Delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
    • Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for such publications.
    • Contracts concluded at a public auction.
    • Items that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  • Returns

    You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal.

    You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

    When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

    Condition of the item upon return

    You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and function. In other words, you can try out the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

    If the item has been tried out beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will only receive a portion or nothing of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return.

    To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore test the item without actually putting it into use.

  • Refund

    If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, receive a refund of the amount paid. However, the money will only be sent once we have received the package (the money will arrive within 1-5 business days). In the event of a depreciation in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

    When exercising the right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

    The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back.

Wash guide

  • We recommend washing the shirts with water and mild soap, without special additives.

    To preserve the colours and print on the football shirts, we recommend washing them gently. Use plain lukewarm water and a mild soap without bleach, perfume, or other strong chemicals. Avoid fabric softeners and detergents with enzymes or optical brighteners, as these can dissolve the colours or damage prints and logos.

    It is also a good idea to wash the shirts inside out and avoid high temperatures – both when washing and drying.
